Christmas Carols & Mini Market

It’s that magical time of year again—the annual Binham Christmas Carols at The Chequers, complete with a cosy mini Christmas market to get you properly into the festive spirit.

We’re delighted to once again be joined by the brilliant Fakenham Town Band, who will be leading the evening in fine musical style and keeping us all in tune. They’ll be kicking things off from 7pm, filling the air with those unmistakable Christmas sounds we all know and love.

Arrive early and make an evening of it—food will be served from 5pm, courtesy of the ever-popular Howell family, returning with their mouth-watering hog roast. And for those with a sweet tooth, don’t miss the delicious hot crumble from Norfolk Crumble (based in Cromer), perfect for warming you up on a winter’s evening.

Wander through a lovely selection of market stalls offering everything from food and drink to art, fashion, and unique festive gifts—ideal for a bit of Christmas shopping with a local touch.

And as if that weren’t enough, there’ll be live music both before and after the carols, creating a warm, lively atmosphere from start to finish.
